On November 24, 2023, the Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) received a 911 call at 10:41 p.m. for a building fire near 94-105 Auhaku Place in Mililani and responded with 6 units staffed with 22 personnel. The first unit arrived on scene at 10:47 p.m. to find heavy smoke emanating from the single-story residential building.
Fire fighters secured a water supply and initiated an aggressive fire attack with hand lines to bring the fire under control at 10:50 p.m. All searches for occupants confirmed that there was no one in the building during the incident. Overhaul techniques were also performed to look for hidden fire in void spaces and confirm that the fire did not extend into adjacent areas of the building. The fire was extinguished at 10:56 p.m.
All HFD personnel were accounted for with no reports of injuries.
