UPDATE: The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) Investigator has classified the cause of
the fire that occurred on February 19, 2024 at 94-098 Manawa Place in Waipio as
accidental. The point of origin was a portable massage gun that overheated while being
charged. The damage estimate total is $30,000 to the structure and $12,000 to the contents.
