UPDATE: The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) Investigator has classified the cause of the fire that occurred on June 9, 2024 at 1375 Dillingham Boulevard in Kalihi as accidental. The ignition source was an electric bike lithium-ion battery that was being charged. The damage estimate is $350,000 to the property and $150,000 to the contents.
