UPDATE: The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) Investigator has classified the cause of the fire that occurred on July 17, 2024 at 2841 North Nimitz Highway as undetermined. There is insufficient information or evidence at this time to support a probable fire cause determination. The area of fire origin was a storage area on the first floor of the vacant building. The damage estimate is $1,000,000 to the property and $0 to the contents.
