UPDATE: The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) has determined that the fire on April 18, 2026, at 1702 Hoolana Place in Pearl City was incendiary. Investigators identified the living room as the area of origin, noting multiple ignition points. No injuries or fatalities were reported. The estimated total damage is $385,000, including $339,000 in structural losses, $45,000 in contents, and $1,000 in damage to neighboring property. The case remains under investigation and has been referred to the Honolulu Police Department.
